Classes open for sign-up three weeks in advance. Cancellations are accepted up to four hours in advance of the class by signing into your account and cancelling from your personal Schedule Screen (sign in here.) Cancellations by email/phone are not guaranteed. Late cancellations and no-shows will automatically be charged a ride from their ride card. Classes without four clients pre-registered are subject to cancellation and those pre-registered will receive email notification at least 3 hours ahead of class. Waitlists sometimes occur. If a class has a waitlist you will see “waitlist only” following the class name below. Waitlisted clients will be notified via email if they made it into class at least 4 hours ahead of class start.
